The Tłı̨chǫ Registrar is inviting applications from Tłı̨chǫ citizens for part-time casual positions as Deputy Returning Officers and Poll Clerks for the upcoming 2025 Tłı̨chǫ Grand Chief Election.
Successful applicants will play a vital role in running election polls in Behchokǫ̀, Whatì, Gamètì, Wekweètì, and Yellowknife. Duties will include ensuring a smooth, professional voting process and upholding the integrity of the election.
Preferred qualifications include prior experience with election procedures and the ability to speak Tłı̨chǫ. Candidates must also demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, a strong commitment to professionalism, and proven computer skills in Excel and Word. Applicants must be Tłı̨chǫ citizens.
To be considered, candidates must be available for the following dates:
- Training: August 22–24, 2025
- Advance Poll: September 19, 2025
- Election Day: September 29, 2025
Application deadline: August 15, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
