NWT Human Rights presents Rob “KASP” Sawan to celebrate

as part of their tenth anniversary celebrations. KASP will be In Behchoko on October 28, 2014. Doors open at 6:30pm. Shows start at 7pm. Everyone is welcome and Admission is FREE.

The NWT Human Rights Commission presents Rob “KASP” Sawan, an award-winning Aboriginal musician who will be giving motivational talks and performances to youth in communities across the NWT.

K.A.S.P ‘s hip-hop music tells the story of his personal struggles and successes. He shares his inspiring story with youth in order to help them overcome their own challenges and motivate them to imagine a brighter future. His inspirational keynotes combine his life story and his music and explain how he came to use music to express his pain and triumphs to overcome his addictions.
