The holiday season is a special time of year. It’s a time to celebrate our culture, traditions, and share our best with others. On Saturday, November 18th, Tłı̨chǫ artists and artisans will offer shoppers an opportunity to purchase some of the best traditionally made products available this season, at the Tłı̨chǫ Arts Holiday Sale and Showcase.

 

Open from 10:00 am till 4:30 pm at the Explorer Hotel, Yellowknife, artists from all four Tłı̨chǫ communities and Yellowknife were invited to participate. The Holiday Sale and Showcase will feature unique seasonal items created by respected Tłı̨chǫ artists, perfect for holiday gift-giving and receiving.

 

Available products will include a Santa’s workshop list of items ranging from unique stocking stuffers to one-of-a-kind showcase items deserving a place of honour in a gift giver or receivers’ home or office.

 

To make your holiday shopping easier, gift wrapping will be available on-site, and be sure to fill out a ballot to get your name in for one of the hourly prize draws!
