I&D Management Services Ltd. was established in reponse to a demonstrated need for professional human resource management and employment support services in the North. I&D's mission is to raise the expected standards and expand the traditional scope of human resource business services by providing excellent service with a northern focus & a community flavour.
At I&D we provide services to two equally important groups. We provide employment services to clients who are employed by us or who are seeking employment, and we provide business solutions to corporate customers with specific HR requirements. In providing these services we are committed to surpassing customer expectations, respecting people, leveraging diversity, and contributing to the economic development of the North.
