The Intergovernmental Services Agreement was signed by the Tåîchô Government, the Government of the NWT and the Government of Canada on August 25, 2003 to come into effect on the establishment date of the Tåîchô Agreement on August 4th, 2005. The ISA establishes the existence of the Tåîchô Community Services Agency laying out the roles of each party to the Agreement.
