Summary: The Wek'èezhìi Renewable Resources Board (WRRB) advises you of the following revised Proceeding Schedule and extension of hearing length. With the implementation of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources' Emergency Interim Measures and in the interest of maintaining a fair, open and transparent process for all parties, the Board made the decision in its meeting January 19, 2010, to revise the Proceeding Schedule and extend the hearing from three to five days.

The following revised schedule has been established for the proceeding:

February 17, 2010 - Interventions and written submissions to Board
To be announced - Pre-Hearing Conference
March 12, 2010 - Submission of presentations to Board
March 22-26, 2010 -Public Hearing in Behchokö
May 31, 2010 (No later) -WRRB Decision
