The Justice Coordinator and Victim Services Coordinator Behchokö will be hosting events throughout the week at the Culture Centre. All events start at 1.00pm to 5.00pm. The Theme this year is Family Violence.

Monday April 19: Opening of NVOCAW
12.00pm (noon) – 1.00pm Community BBQ at the Culture Centre
1pm - Opening Speech by Behchokö Community Chief Clifford Daniels.

Thursday April 22:
Earth Day (Community Clean-up)
12.00pm (noon) to 1.00pm BBQ at the Tåîchô Government Head Office followed by Community Clean Up from 1.00-5.00pm
Evening
7pm - Family Fun Night at the Culture Centre, includes, Tåîchô love songs, family talent show, freeze dance and musical chairs, 50/50 draw, and gift prizes! $5 - Entry fee for individual and $10 for family.
Friday April 23: Closing of NVOCAW
1pm – Barbara Hood (NWT Seniors’ Society)
2pm – Samantha Dechief (Status of Women)
Followed by closing of NVOCAW by Tony Rabesca, Director of LCC, Tåîchô Government.
